Who Are We?

German dentists, doctors, nurses, dentist’s and doctor’s assistants, engineers, educators, students and people of all walks of life. We all are volunteers and provide dentists & friends e. V. with our expertise—in Germany and in foreign countries. Of course, every volunteer pays his/her own travel expenses.

What Do We Do?

We provide free of charge medical help for poor people all over the world in cooperation with local organizations and the approval of the national government.

Planned Activities:

Cameroon   Tanzania  Namibia  India  Kosovo  Cambodia  Borneo  Ethiopia

And wherever else help is needed.

How Do We Proceed?

Many people would like to actively help but notice that they can not do it alone. We support doctors and helpers who want to travel to underdeveloped regions to work there. Without the support of government officials, people and organizations on site, our activities would be too dangerous.

dentists & friends e. V. organizes teams who work abroad. Individuals and couples are also supported. dentists & friends e. V. will plan and organize all contacts with the local organizations involved as well as a fixed schedule. Thus, you will not have to travel into the “foggy unknown” and waste your time on organizational details. You will work where you are wanted and welcome!
